Claire Barthelemy is a seasoned REALTOR and a proud Pirate, aka member of the PLG Estates team. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Claire is a native Angeleno through and through. Having lived in each corner of the city – Los Feliz, West Hollywood, Woodland Hills, and currently the Hollywood Hills – she offers her clients a true local insiders’ perspective. As a real estate investor herself, Claire’s great joy is helping her clients use the power of real estate to create their dream life. 

Specializing in both working with first time buyers and guiding home sellers on how to best position their property for sale, Claire approaches each transaction with the benefit of understanding the mindset of each side of the deal, all the while being a fierce advocate for her clients in the process. Utilizing creative strategies, she’s helped clients break into competitive markets across the city and expertly uses her keen interior design sense to help sellers get top dollar for their home.

When she’s not negotiating deals, you can find Claire cooking up a storm in her Laurel Canyon kitchen, exploring the latest foodie hot spots, and spending quality time with her young daughter and husband.
